Measure the room. You will need to know the length and width of the room as well as the height of the ceiling in metres.

Recommmended performace table (Watts per square metre)

For rooms with ceiling heights up to 3 metres
Example: 5 metres x 3 metres = 15 sq metres
Total sq metres = 15 sq metres x 100 watts = 1500 watts
Recommendation: 1 x RC12 TT = 1500 watts

For rooms with ceiling heights from 3 metres to 3.5 metres
Example: 6 metres x 5 metres = 30 sq metres
Ceiling height: 3.5 metres ÷ 3 metres = 1.16
Multiply 30 sq metres x 1.16 = 34.80 sq metres
Total sq metres = 34.80 sq metres x 100 watts = 3,480 watts
Recommendation: 2 x RC12 Compact TTi @ 1800 watts each = 3600 watts
